Shipping and Returns
- If you are a first time customer of ours, your shipping is free! For subsequent transactions, we will provide shipment free for any order value of Rs 999 and more. For any order of value lower than this, we will be charging a shipping charge of Rs 149 per order.
- For any order that has been placed, we will ship the product within 24 hours. It will take upto 24 hours for the order status to be updated on our site. You will receive the product within 7 working days for most locations. There are specific locations where we need additional time to deliver your orders (you can check the details of these on our website). You can check the status of your order at any time on our website. A date of shipment and delivery will be posted which will be updated routinely as per the current status that will enable you to track your order.
- In case your order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your location, then we will refund your payment. The refund is covered under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- In case you would like to return a product (covered under Returns and Refund policy), we will notify the shipping company who will then contact you for the pickup of the same.
- In case your address is not within our shipping coverage area, then please specify an alternate address within the coverage area where we can deliver your order.
- In case you order multiple products together, we will try and ship all of these together. However, sometimes, this might not be possible due to certain constraints that we have. In these cases, we will split the products in a normal manner and ship these to you.
- In case you are ordering multiple items and want these to be delivered to separate locations, please raise separate orders for the same with the correct delivery address tagged to each order.
- We currently deliver only within India. As soon as we start services for shipping outside the country, we will be happy to get back to you.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
A. Cancellation by baublebeads.com – In case of certain unforeseen circumstances, baublebeads
might be forced to cancel an order that has been placed. These could be due non-availability of the product, wrong price or non coverage of required destination by the shipping
company. In these cases, baublebeads will notify you of the cancellation within 24 hours. We
request you to consider placing an order an alternate order instead. In case your location is not
in our shipping coverage area, please specify an alternate location that we can deliver to. We
will try and include your locations going forward without our shipping partners and will then
confirm back to you.
B. Cancellation by you – An order can be cancelled by you if you confirm the cancellation within
24 hours of placing the order, subject to the fact that it hasn’t been processed by baublebeads.
We reserve the right to decide if an order has been processed or not. In case we decide that the
order can be cancelled, we will then send you a confirmation of the same.
C. Change of Address by you – In case you want to change the address to which an order is to
be shipped, please notify us within 24 hours. Please contact our customer service with the
alternate address details. The shipping location can be changed if the order hasn’t been
processed. . We reserve the right to decide if an order has been processed or not. In case we
decide that the shipping location can be modified, we will do so and send you a confirmation
of the same.
D. Refunds – In case of a valid cancellation, the refund will be processed depending on the payment mode:
i. Payment through gateway or online payment – A refund request will be initiated
within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation. The actual refund will be credited your
account depending upon the service policy of the bank/gateway – typically between
3 – 7 working days.
ii. COD – No refund is generated since no payment has been made.
E. Bulk Orders - We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are deemed to be bulk as
i.The order is deemed to be for commercial resale and not for self consumption
ii.Multiple orders are placed for the same product(s) at the same address
iii.Bulk quantities of the same product(s) are ordered
iv.An invalid address is given in the order details
v.Any malpractice is used to place the order
Return and Refund Policy
A. In case you receive a product that has a damaged outer packing or has any obvious tampering
with the packaging, please do not accept the delivery of the product and intimate baublebeads.com
immediately either through
i.Our contact numbers
ii.The details in the “Contact Us” tab on the site.
B. In case you want to return a product due to any defects or issues in the product,
i.Please intimate us of the nature of the defect through the “Contact Us” within 24
hours of receiving the product. In case you don’t notify us of the complaint within 24
hours, we will not be liable for the return of the product.
ii.After doing this, please view the order under the My Account tab under the Complete
Orders link and click the Return Item button.
iii.Please ensure that no used products are returned.
iv.In case you want to exchange a product for the size, please mention this in the
feedback along with the required size so that we may process the exchange and ship you the
v.Please ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging with the tags, labels, barcodes, guarantee cards, user manuals and any other material that was shipped to you along with the product.
vi.We will notify our shipping company of your request and have them pick up the product from you.
vii.The shipping company will contact you shortly after this to coordinate for the pickup of the returns. The returns will reach us in 10 working days. In case they are unable to pickup the returns, you are required to send the product back on your own.
viii.Please ensure that you pack the goods in strong and reinforced packaging so that the goods are not damaged in transit.
ix.In case you are returning the goods to us through your own shipper then the amount of the logistics fee (not higher than Rs 100) will be refunded to you.

D. Please notify us of the details of the return once you complete the transaction. Upon receipt of the goods, we will screen the product to establish the defect and to ensure that all packaging and material is intact. In case, there is no obvious defect, BlueCrest Lifestyle LLP reserves rights to initiate legal action based on the transaction. In case there is a willful return without a reasonable basis for the same, then the refund transaction will not be processed and the product will be returned
E.Upon acceptance of the return after verification, the amount for the return will be refunded to you.
This process will typically take about 4 weeks including waiting time and time for each process like
return, verification and refund. However, it is also likely that your refund will get processed in a shorter time. If you had made the payment for the original purchase transaction through:
i. An online payment or credit card payment - the refund will be made through the
respective bank / payment gateway. Instructions will be sent to them within 24 hours
of the verification completion and their normal service policy in terms of processing
refund transactions will then hold – this will be typically between 3 – 7 working days.
ii.COD payment - the refund will be made through a cheque that will be couriered to you.
iii.Any promo code used for the purchase transaction will not be refunded and the
refund value will be net of any discount or promotion value that was used in the
purchase of the transaction.
F. In case you are returning multiple products together, please ensure to pack them together as instructed above, in one package.
